Amid continued growth, Addiction Recovery Care announces leadership team promotions

To further its mission to help more people achieve long-term recovery from substance use disorders, Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) has promoted several members of its leadership team:

  • Matt Brown is Chief Administration Officer

  • Pat Fogarty is Chief Operating Officer

  • Jessica Burke is Chief Legal and Government Affairs Officer

  • Megan Coldiron is Senior Vice President of Business Operations

  • Kayla Parsons is Senior Vice President of Business Administration

“As a large and continuously growing organization serving one of Kentucky’s most vulnerable populations, our staff plays an essential role in advancing our mission,” said Tim Robinson, ARC’s President and CEO. “The Addiction Recovery Care leadership team encompasses a wide range of personal and professional experiences that allow us to better serve our clients and partners in the Commonwealth and beyond.”

The announcement comes following the recent promotion of John Wilson to Kentucky Market President.

As the nation continues to battle record-high overdose fatalities, ARC leadership has remained focused on bringing services to more communities throughout Kentucky and the Appalachian region. The organization is working to open new residential treatment centers in Greenup and Daviess counties, with plans to expand out-of-state in 2023.
