Like Eastern Kentucky, Jefferson County has been hit especially hard by the addiction crisis. ARC's growth in this community will expand access to comprehensive services in a place where we are needed most.
Location
The facility will located on the campus of the former Spencerian College campus on Dixie Hwy.
Jobs
Within its first year of operation, the facility will create approximately 30 new, local jobs with competitive pay and benefits.
Open Date
We are working toward opening and accepting clients some time in 2024.
Number of Clients
The facility will initially be built to serve 100 to 150 clients at any given time.
Program Length
ARC’s program includes four phases, and people can stay in treatment for up to 12 months. We take a proactive approach to client retention.

Our top priority is ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, staff, and neighbors in the communities we serve. All ARC residential facilities have security cameras monitored 24/7 and on-site security teams. With more than 30 residential facilities across Eastern and Central Kentucky, we have identified and implemented numerous best practices to operate as safely as possible.
Our team also works closely with local law enforcement and community leaders, and we will continue to maintain open lines of communications with these stakeholders in Jefferson County. ARC encourages open dialogue with our neighbors in the communities we serve. We will always do our best to answer questions and address any concerns you may have.
Since opening the doors to their first residential treatment center in 2010, ARC has served more than 50,000 clients. Wildwood Recovery Center is the company’s first announced out-of-state facility.
