ARC Announces Bellefonte Hospital and Recovery Center CEO

As Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) moves forward in opening Bellefonte Hospital and Recovery Center in Greenup County, the company has hired Johnathan Frazier as the center’s Chief Executive Officer. Frazier brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare executive leadership.

Most recently, Frazier served as Market CEO for NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, a network of inpatient psychiatric facilities headquartered in Indianapolis.

In his new role with ARC, Frazier will oversee all activities and functions on the Bellefonte campus, with a focus on ensuring individualized, quality care for clients recovering from substance use disorders.

“Johnathan is a strong addition to the Addiction Recovery Care executive team, and we’re glad to have him overseeing one of our largest facilities to-date,” said Tim Robinson, ARC’s Founder and CEO. “His extensive leadership skill, background in healthcare and experience overseeing multisite provider organizations will be critical as we work to bring high-quality mental and behavioral health treatment services to an area in need.”

“By delivering care to individuals who are struggling with substance use disorder, as well as serious mental illness, Bellefonte Hospital and Recovery Center will fill a major gap impacting the Appalachian region,” said Frazier. I’m grateful to be part of a dynamic, mission-driven organization that’s committed to addressing one of the most pressing public health crises of our time.”

Frazier currently resides in Charleston, West Virginia and received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Concord University and his Master’s in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.

ARC is working toward a partial opening date of the Bellefonte Hospital and Recovery Center in late 2023 or early 2024, with renovations currently underway.
